Football: Collegiate 38, Fork Union 34

After giving up 20 first-quarter points, Collegiate beat Fork Union 38-34 by outscoring the Blue Devils 35-14 the rest of the way. Jake McGee went 28 for 48 for 298 yards and two touchdowns to pace the Cougars as they improved to 6-1 for the season.

Alex Newsome accounted for 96 yards receiving on nine catches and a score for Collegiate. Andre Parker rushed 14 times for 126 yards and two touchdowns for Fork Union (2-2, 5-3). Richard Quittenton was 9-of-20 passing for 147 yards and one rushing touchdown.
