Football: Douglas Freeman 34, Atlee 31

Alvin Butler and Douglas Freeman stunned No. 10 Atlee with a 34-31 overtime win.

Butler (25 carries, 135 yards) ran a fake punt for 54 yards in the fourth quarter, setting up the Rebels' tying touchdown and sending the game into overtime.

Mac Hudgins then capped off a huge night -- 15 of 24 passing for 230 yards and three TDs -- with the winning 7-yard run for the Rebels (1-2).

Dylan Garthwright was 17 of 20 passing for 122 yards and a TD, and he picked up another score and 72 yards rushing for the Raiders (3-1). Josh Doggett added 10 tackles, a sack, and three assists for Atlee.

The Rebels' Kyle Witty hauled in five receptions for 90 yards while Patrick Harvey pulled in three passes for 75.
