Football: Hanover 48, Armstrong 14

Sam Rogers finished 5 of 9 for 109 yards, two TDs and an interception and Hanover cruised past Armstrong in a Capital District game.

Dean Cheatham had 10 carries for 151 yards and 3 TDs, and Danny Trsic recorded three receptions for 68 yards and a score for the Hawks (3-2, 6-3), who are in the Division 5 playoffs for the fourth year in a row. Trsic also returned a punt 49 yards for a TD, and Marzae Brooks returned an interception 35 yards for a score.
