Colts to face Cards without Brackett

INDIANAPOLIS -- Middle linebacker Gary Brackett and cornerback Kelvin Hayden did not travel with the Indianapolis Colts to Arizona, where they will play the Cardinals tonight. Brackett injured his left knee late in last Sunday's victory at Miami. Hayden hurt his hamstring.

Freddy Keiaho likely will replace Brackett, the defensive captain, in the starting lineup. It's uncertain who will replace Hayden.

  • Carolina likely will have a makeshift lineup against Dallas as the Panthers try to avoid an 0-3 start. Linebacker Na'il Diggs (bruised ribs) was declared out of tomorrow night's game after missing his third straight practice yesterday. Starting strong safety Chris Harris, top fullback Brad Hoover and defensive end Everette Brown also sat out the workout and are listed as doubtful.

  • Cleveland will be without running back Jamal Lewis and kicker Phil Dawson against Baltimore. Lewis missed practice all week with a hamstring injury, and Dawson was added to Cleveland's injury report Friday with an injured right calf. To replace Dawson, the Browns signed Billy Cundiff.
