Wanna tour the Dallas Cowboys’ new stadium? Pay up
Published: June 26, 2009
ARLINGTON, Texas -- Fans concerned about affording to see a game or a show at the new $1.15 billion Cowboys Stadium in Arlington can still check out the place. For a fee.
Tours began today at the retractable-roof venue of the Dallas Cowboys, the same day as thousands of hopefuls for the Fox TV show "American Idol" showed up for auditions.
Stadium tours, at $15 for adults and $12 for children, will be conducted every half-hour and last up to 75 minutes.
The tour includes the high-tech scoreboard control room, the press box, the Cowboys' locker room and limited field access.

What did the ‘entire NFC’ ever do to you?
No, but seriously—while their on-field performance often leaves much to be desired, the Washington franchise is actually one of the most lucrative in all of professional sports (Dan Snyder’s quite the business man, but sadly not much of a football guy, although he’d like to think so). So if anyone could afford to match the magnitude of the ‘boys new stadium, it would be the Danny. Fedex Field is not real popular with the fans for myriad reasons and it seems there is a strong desire to bring the home field back into the district.
So give it time and we’ll see what happens, sports fans.
Obviously the COWBOYS are doing something right and the Richmond isn’t. We can’t even get a football or baseball team. Clearly rivalry is what is driving most posts on here but I say if you got it flaunt it. People pay, let them come if not then whatever. TRUE BLUE FAN ALL THE WAY!!!
People would pay to tour an empty stadium? Why???? Sounds thrilling….
I hate the cowgirls
Yeah not only is it deadskin fans posting on here. But they could never get a new stadium this great and up to date. Probably couldn’t afford a 1 billion dollar stadium. Please note I am not a Cowboys Fan and that I hate the entire NFC and root for an AFC team.
these must be deadskins fans that are commenting.
You couldn’t pay me to tour this place…
