Manning expected to play

INDIANAPOLIS - Peyton Manning returned to full practice from an injury to his backside and is probable for tomorrow's AFC South game at Houston.

Manning had seen limited work Wednesday and Thursday before participating in the full workout yesterday.

Warner practices, but unsure

TEMPE, Ariz. - Kurt Warner went through another full practice yesterday, but the Arizona quarterback was listed as questionable for tomorrow's game at Tennessee.

Warner practiced all week after sustaining a concussion in last Sunday's 21-13 victory at St. Louis. He passed all the required mental tests on Tuesday.

Warner and Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt have said they plan to be cautious as they deal with the head injury. In addition to the concussion, Warner has had tightness in his neck.

Turner questionable

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. - Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner got limited work in practice this week and is listed as questionable for tomorrow's game against Tampa Bay.

Turner, the Falcons' leading rusher, sustained a high right ankle sprain against Carolina on Nov. 15 and sat out last week's loss to the New York Giants.

Texans sign Parson

The Texans placed cornerback Antwaun Molden (quadriceps) on injured reserve and signed cornerback Mark Parson from the New Orleans Saints' practice squad.

Parson, an undrafted rookie from Monacan and Ohio University, was with the Texans from June 5 through the end of the preseason. The Texans released him in their final roster cuts on Sept. 5, then signed him to the practice squad. Parson was let go by Houston on Sept. 22 and signed by the New Orleans Saints to their practice squad on Nov. 4.

He recorded two special teams tackles on the year.

The end for Bulger?

ST. LOUIS - Some in St. Louis wonder if Marc Bulger has played his last game with the Rams. The quarterback says it's too early to speculate about his future.

Bulger will miss at least three weeks and could be out the remaining six games with a broken left shin bone. Bulger says he injured the shin two weeks ago in a 28-23 loss to New Orleans, and it became worse in Sunday's 21-13 loss to Arizona, a defeat that dropped St. Louis to 1-9.

Kyle Boller will start tomorrow vs. Seattle.

Elsewhere

  • Seahawks running back Julius Jones will be a game-time decision for their game against St. Louis. Jones (Big Stone Gap) missed last week with a lung contusion suffered against Arizona on Nov. 15. He did not practice at all last week and was held out of practice on Wednesday before returning to limited duty the past two practices.

  • Buffalo starting defensive tackle Marcus Stroud and starting cornerback Terrence McGee are questionable for tomorrow vs. Miami. Stroud and McGee are nursing knee injuries, and both missed last week's loss at Jacksonville.

  • New York Jets cornerbacks Dwight Lowery and Donald Strickland will not play against the Carolina Panthers tomorrow because of injuries.
