Shaka Bangura's goal in the 90th minute enabled the Richmond Kickersd to steal a 2-1 victory from the Charleston Battery in today's USL PRO soccer match at City Stadium.
David Bulow's header off a corner kick in the 64th minute allowed Richmond, dominated in the first 45 minutes, to pull even at 1-1.
Levi Coleman scored in the 15th minute for the Battery, which defeated Richmond in last year's USL-2 title game. Superior midfield play enabled the Battery to control the tone and tempo of this contest for the first 50 minutes.
Richmond improved to 4-0. Charleston slipped to 2-1.
