2. Kentucky SpeedwayAn estimated 20,000 fans were denied entry to last weekend's inaugural Sprint Cup race at the track because the facility ran out of parking. Fans were forced to sit in paralyzing traffic jams for hours, and many never made it to their seats. On top of all that, track officials blamed the local interstate for the problems.
