Malcolm Bell threw for three touchdowns and ran for another and the Warriors pummeled the Wildcats.
Cequa Jefferson had 65 yards receiving and hauled in Bell's first scoring pass. Andrew Early caught two of the touchdown tosses and finished with 58 yards for Henrico (5-5, 2-5 Capital).
Malcolm Cook returned a kickoff 99 yards to help Armstrong (1-9, 0-7) avoid a shutout.
