Trailing 17-2 in the second quarter, Deep Run stormed back to defeat Hermitage 58-55 in the quarterfinals of the Colonial District tournament on Tuesday. Lucas Dyer had 14 rebounds and hit all four of his free throws in the final 30 seconds.

Willie Mangum scored 19 points and Jestin Lewis added 18 points to lead John Marshall over J.R. Tucker 88-46.

Gerad Dean had eight steals and six assists for the Justices.

Jacob Cousins had nine points to lead the Tigers.

Thomas Jefferson's Vidrell Lee scored 20 points and Kadeem Wright added 10 to pace the Vikings past Patrick Henry 52-46.

Raymon Minor scored 18 points to lead the Patriots.

Rashaun Alexander scored eight points in the second quarter to help Manchester shake off a sluggish start and thump Midlothian 81-55.

Jarek Frankovich hit 5 of 6 3-pointers in the first half to push Cosby past Clover Hill 82-72.

Robert Johnson had 21 points, including six 3-point shots as well as eight assists and five steals to lead L.C. Bird over George Wythe 84-46.

Christian Smith was second in scoring for the Skyhawks with 20 points, five rebounds and five steals.

Tevin Allen led the Bulldogs with 16 points.

Tim Daly scored a game-leading 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, William Davis added 11 points, and James River beat Huguenot 71-45.
