The National Weather Service is calling for sunny skies, light winds and an afternoon high near 56 degrees in Richmond today.
Wednesday should bring a 30 percent chance of showers after noon with a high near 49 degrees.
The sunshine returns Thursday, when the high is projected at 52 degrees.
Rounding out the work week, Friday is to be mostly sunny with a high near 55.
